Divyayan Training Unit houses different laboratories and spacious class rooms with audio-visual facility to build scientific temperament in the trainees, Divyayan has state-of-the-art laboratories like : Soil Testing Lab., Honey Testing Lab., Plant Protection Lab., Mushroom Production Lab., Bio-Fertiliser Lab., Tissue culture lab. etc.
A state of the art Soil Testing Laboratory has been established in the KVK to provide soil testing and soil health card service to the farmers. It houses all the equipments required for analysis of Micro and Macro nutrients.
A plant protection laboratory has been established with a view to familiarize the trainees and farmers about different insects and pests and their respective remedies.
A Mushroom Production Laboratory has been established for production of mushroom and mushroom spawn.
A state of the Tissue Culture Laboratory is there to produce plant saplings by rapid multiplication through Tissue Culture.
This laboratory is used to test the quality of honey. Honey is sent to the processing Plant after assessing different parameters.
A poultry farm with two hatchery machines has been established for training and demonstration purpose.
Dairy Unit with around 68 heads of exotic cattle provides opportunity to the trainees to learn about
A mini unit with bee-boxes and hives for training (even though small) serves the purpose of training practicing farmers as well as rural youth. This unit of Divyayan KVK also extends the facility of marketing honey produced by ex-trainees. It also has a honey processing unit with a processing plant along with packaging and leveling.
A vermin compost and Nadep compost unit have been established for training practicing farmers as well as rural youth.
An artificial fish hatchery and ponds have been established for training practicing farmers as well as rural youth.
Divyayan KVK has been providing training on Non-Farm Sector trades like Welding, Carpentry, Pump Repairing and Electrician.
Divyayan KVK has established a seed processing unit for processing and packaging of seed.
